Cascade Brewery is proud to launch its Master Craftsman brewing kits; a range that was inspired by Peter Degraves. Mr Degraves was the founder of Australia's oldest continually operating brewery and a proud Tasmanian who worked hard to establish the Cascade Brewery in 1824. Influenced by the tales of colonial Tasmania that included toil-worn barley farmers, illicit bounties, sinful chocolate and even mischievous ghosts, Mr Degraves homebrew recipes have remained secret…until now.

Cascade home brew website is live

Following the official launch of Cascade Master Craftsman brewing kits our online resource is now live. Filled with home brewing knowledge from our own Master Craftsman brewer, we hope to provide you with a valuable insight into the world of home brew. 	Cascade Brewery, established in 1824, is Australia's oldest continuously operating brewery.
	Australian beer drinkers consume about 1720 million litres of beer each year.
	If that beer was packaged in 375ml longneck bottles, the 4587 million bottles, placed end to end, would stretch for more than 1,000,000 km - more than a return journey to the moon.
	Beer is rich in vitamins B6 and B12 and essential amino acids. It's produced by natural fermentation and contains all natural ingredients.
